Payment Methods

Payments are processed via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase. Most credit and debit cards are accepted.

Delivery Terms

Small items such as lamps will be shipped by 48 hour courier, carefully wrapped and boxed.

Large items will be brought to your door at a time to suit by our in house delivery service, Bomber County Courier. We only cover certain areas of the country, so please ensure your area is covered before placing your order.

We welcome customers from other areas collecting an item or sending a courier of their choosing. However, we accept no resposibility for any damage incurred in transit in these cases.

Returns policy on items posted out via third party couriers

Under distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days on items that have been purchased via the website and shipped via a third party delivery company.

We take great care to describe each item carefully, including any flaws, and offer lots of photographs. Therefore, we’d ask that you ensure you want an item before purchase (feel free to email any questions you have, or to ask for more images to be sent to you). We cannot offer a return on our postage costs or refund return shipping unless the item is faulty.

No refund will be offered if the customer damaged an item themselves

Refund on items delivered by our in house courier

Please bear in mind that it costs us an average £55 to have a piece of furnture delivered to a customer. We are a business of two individual artists selling pieces we have made or refinished ourselves. We therefore ask that you read the descriptions carefully, and be sure you that you want the item before ordering. We cannot afford to drive a piece of furnture to a customer, have them accept it, then ask us to collect it because they’ve simply changed their minds. We ask that you check the item upon delivery to ensure that you are happy and ‘accept’ it. Once accepted, we can only offer a refund if the item proves not to be as described or faulty.

Return shipping costs will be incurred by the customer.

Refund must be requested within 14 days of receipt, and the item must be returned to us, undamaged and in a resellable condition, within 14 days from the date the return was accepted.
